Received a text and phone call the day before my appointment to confirm and advised to bring my current glasses and arrive early for some pre-tests, found everyone very helpful got plenty of advice and recommendation for eye drops and general eye care, new glasses prescribed and booked in for fitting to make sure everything is OK, great service

Friendly and efficient staff no hanging around ,,really wide choose of specs ,easy to understand offers ,no pushy sales glasses arrived promptly no problems
