went to buy tickets on 3 different days to be meet with a sign saying the staff are elsewhere buy your ticket onboard whats the point of having a ticket office if it isn't open.At least the toilets are open

Good messed up my tick as I did not explain good enough and fixed it without any charge

Love this Station , ever helpful and friendly staff.
