Perfect stopover site for tents, campers and motorhomes. Although the loos are 'tight' they are clean and plenty of hot water to wash. Within walking distance of town - go along the riverside. No need for an alarm as the train will wake you in the morning (or the seagulls).
Very friendly staff with not bad facilities. They could be updated but they do the job . The site is nice and the local area is very near by . Please be careful on the entrance to this site there is a very low bridge at the entrance so follow the signage for the diversion.
The owners are really lovely and welcoming with a good knowledge of the area and suggestions for where to visit. The toilet and shower block is fine although could do with updating. The train runs right by the campsite but this never bothered me. Overall, a lovely campsite that is idea for exploring Wick and the area.
Lovely little campsite, would definitely stay again. Nice owners and good facilities, close to the town and supermarkets. Would only fault that the showers aren't best suited to tall people (I'm only 6" and struggled) - but can live with that.
Really lovely campsite. Warm welcome from the owners who were extremely friendly and helpful. Showers and toilets clean and easily accessible. Short walk to the town but campsite itself very quiet. Would thoroughly recommend :)
